There are subtle though profound pillar we can term as Spiritual health as we are Spiritual beings with human experiences, and all four pillars work on the objects Body (Physical Health), Mind (mental Health), Emotion (Also, Emotional health) and Society/Family (Social Health) and only the Spiritual Health works on the SELF (The Subject itself) and Life is understanding of reflection of all objects(world with all 4 Objective Pillars) within the Subject (You: Thy Self) and we often try to understand the Subject with the strength of these objects and that is the Subject-Object gap, often known as the Experiental gap; and it is the hard problem of Mind and Consciousness.

    It is agrreable fact on the topic to take care of those 4 pillars and finally the last pillar is Spiritual Health. - to understand the CONSCIOUSNESS - THE SOLE TRUTH.
