Keerthi and Ananya worked in the same marketing team. Keerthi was recently praised by their manager for creating a successful campaign and was chosen to lead an important project. Everyone congratulated her, but Ananya quietly felt uncomfortable. She admired Keerthi’s talent but also compared herself to her, wondering why she was not receiving the same recognition.
